Nyay Flow is a drafting assistant. It helps you convert case facts into a structured legal draft. It does not provide legal advice and does not file documents on your behalf.

2. Your responsibility

You remain the advocate of record. Every draft must be reviewed, corrected, and approved by you before it is filed or relied upon. Nyay Flow makes no warranty as to legal correctness or filing eligibility.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Access is provided on a subscription basis, starting with a free trial. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Case content

You control what you share. Case content you provide is processed to generate your draft. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled and retained.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-product.
